Among all new registrations for litigation funding between March 20, 2023, and April 10, 2023, a reduction of AdvoFin’s participation rate to 0% (zero percent) in case of success will be drawn (see case-specific conditions for details).
The reduction concerns the enforcement/assertion of a claim for the recovery of online gambling losses in Austria against a defendant (thus, a lawsuit for the reimbursement of a loss amount). The drawing will be conducted using a random number generator at https://www.random.org/.
The affected customer will be informed by April 30, 2023.

How does AdvoFin’s offer work?
We assume the entire litigation risk (even in case of loss) if you accept our offer and conclude a litigation funding agreement with us.
Litigation funding is possible from a net loss of €10,000 per casino provider.
During registration, you only need to specify with which providers you have incurred losses.
